Beware! Different designs depending on the country of origin and they do not fit the same.
Some shirts are made in China and others in Pakistan. Although both styles are 100% polyester, they are slightly different and fit differently. Those from Pakistan have a narrower collar and the collar is about 1/4 inch longer. I ordered 3, one was made in China and fits as expected. The other two are made in Pakistan and fit better and both have been returned.
