I bought this strap to access the water but didn't hold it up on long runs. I love that it's lightweight and has two water bottles, which is handy so you can pour water in one and a sports drink in the other. Plastic bottles have never given off a plastic taste in water and are easy to clean in the dishwasher. The zipped compartment is great for storing keys, phones, gym nutrition, etc. The belt itself is good, but I found it continued to slide up no matter how tight I pulled it around my waist or hips. It has no grip on the back of the belt to prevent this as it only has a mesh backing. Overall I'll continue to use it for shorter runs, but for longer runs I've bought something else that doesn't bounce or move.
