Review on 💪 Improved Rectorseal Mighty A/C Condensate Drain Line Pump with Advanced Features by Kyle Armstrong

I bought this to clean 18 years of stubborn dirt from my upstairs AC condensate line and I was disappointed with how well it worked. To clean the line, I had to bleach over 10 passes of hot water after closing the outer tube, leaving the solution in the line for an hour or two each time. After letting the solution sit, I went outside, opened the line and vacuumed out the hardened dirt that looked like rust flakes. Good luck with that pump. I was wrong - I've had much better results removing flaky dirt when using ShopVac. Don't get me wrong, the product worked, just not as well as I was hoping for the price. With Shop Vac you are much better in terms of results and price. Just buy a Shop Vac with a 1/4" hose and PVC coupling to slide onto the end of the condensate line. Fits almost perfectly.
