I personally love these pens! I have previously had regular 2-hole leather grips from Bear Complex and was blown away by the comfort of these 3-hole carbon grips. I use them almost every day in my workout. However, I did tear some material on one of the handles, which was disappointing as I've only had them recently. But that didn't make me think less about grip! I'm 220 pounds and I run these things through the ring using both a barbell and volume rings and they've been great. They are also very comfortable for thrusters and volume cuts, as well as working with any bar. Loved the pens, would like more!
