My wife wanted these to replace a pair of similar boots that split open. She uses them for quick walks in the yard when it is wet or snowy. Now she uses it to take that dog out in winter weather. For that they are easy to take on and off and still protect your feet.She likes them and they do exactly what she wants. She does not wear them for long walks, so comfort is limited to short walks in sloppy conditions. The keep her clean and she can swap them for slippers when she comes inside.These are not insulated, but still work for short walks outside in the northeast winter.The overall construction is good, and I am sure they will last for a long time with limited use. They are not heavy duty, so probably not intended for hikes or work in sharp area like trimming tress and such.The fit is good, but she did note they are a little narrow. The material is stretchy, so they are still comfortable.
