The fact that there is only one single contact person at every time.The service was very professional! Sometimes we feel like people do not really understand our needs because sometimes they seem too focused towards their work instead of understanding what kind of help it would take from us. I believe this could be improved by having more agents dedicated in different areas which will allow them to listen more effectively. It helped me receive better customer support than other companies with no experience which allowed them to deliver exactly what needed without any delays or changes. I am able to reach out for support in case my phone is off or if there are any issues with our system that need attention from someone who can address them immediately! The staff at this location have been wonderful when it comes time getting things resolved quickly as well (and they're always so nice!). We've had no problems thus far but we do not currently use their services ourselves - however other companies may benefit greatly by having access to such an experienced group like theirs!!
