This product is great as a tens unit and the price is right a fifth of the price I’d pay for one PT visit. Doing wonders for my shoulder pain from breastfeeding and constantly holding 2 solid babies. Also been using on trigger points below thumbs to relieve tension that I’m sure is so much worse these days and smart phones. Sent me into a stat of bliss I was so relaxed I felt drugged maybe I can cut back on my anxiety and pain meds with this little number. I haven’t even been using the contact gel or alternative head that came with it. Included book is a very nice quick reference guide of trigger points. Only reason it got 4 stars is the battery seemed to die pretty quick after only 2 day of intermittent usage but it’s only 1 AAA so not too much of an issue
