So far so good. I bought this to drill 2 extra holes in the waistband of my woolen winter coat which has bronze grommets on all holes. The cutting tool included in this kit was able to cut through 2 layers of belt wool. I worked hard to make it. I drilled 2 holes and installed the bushings using only this kit, my hammer and a piece of 2x4 scrap. Took about 5 minutes and the visual instructions were very helpful. Also, I followed another reviewer's advice and didn't tap too hard to bring the bushings together. It looks great and they feel very secure when I wear the belt. I'm glad I found this kit and finally crossed this small task off my to-do list. Recommend.
