I don't know how several sellers are dealing with this but when I made the purchase the item said PERFECT PET PRODUCTS, EXTRA LARGE REPLACEMENT DOOR SHAPERS FOR WEATHER PET 9 3/4" X 17" (ONE PAIR) Keyword: PAIR Well, I take my box, open it and sure enough, there is a box inside. Phew, I think to myself. The box proudly says "THIS BOX CONTAINS ONE (ONE) ONE VALVE" with lids and all. Brilliant. It also has a sticker that says (ONE PAIR), see the picture. BUT? I looked up the word "pair" in my trusty Encyclopædia Britannica just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and of course it still means two. I think maybe they meant a pair of sashes with a side dog door. It makes sense. Oh wait no sorry ice cream makes sense. It's not like this. So I contact the seller, they say the listing description says it's a valve. For real? Must have missed it. Yes, if you look back at the page there is a little line that says Extra Large Replacement Ruff Resistant Single Leaf Valve. To be honest, that line almost looks like you're missing the word "single" and "description" is so small it's pretty easy to miss. This is compared to the huge bold letters in the description that say PAIR. What do you think most people will see? Anyway, I specifically picked this listing because it was more expensive than the others and said PAIR so I figured it was two, my mistake. Apparently I failed first grade.
