Their customer service is outstanding! The team really works together with great dedication for each other - even when one member cannot make it in person they do everything possible (via phone or email) so that our needs can be met as much as we need them too!! There was nothing I didn't like about their services during my time working there but if you've never used any type of reservation software before don’t let anything scare ya away.

They have helped us solve many issues since starting using Beststime; specifically how to take care of members once purchased at check-in & checkout along w room inventory tracking etc..
