Auto drain not working

I've had this system for about 3 years, about 8 hours of daily use, and it just started working like a champ this week due to an issue with one of my machines and an air leak that led to it that the entire air system ran non-stop for about 5 days until I figured out what was going on. This caused excessive water to build up in the lines and flood the sump, as well as filling the desiccant system quite insanely. It took me a while to figure out what was going on as I had just replaced the desiccant. 2 months ago where it usually takes about a year to be replaced. The airflow throughout the system has stopped trickling. Bypassing the dryer system, I disassembled my assembly and when pressure was applied, the dryer system "gurgled and bubbled". Super weird sound. The opening of the desiccant system was complete. All the silica was pink and the canister was full of water. I have traced this system to a fatal flaw in the design of this system. The water filter, located before the dehumidification system, requires a daily air pressure shutdown. I just moved to a new building and now we have an air compressor in our own room which makes for a better work environment. I also set auto cleaning to the bottom of the tank, thinking that would remove most of the moisture, but I was clearly wrong. We no longer manually drain the tank on a weekly basis and that was the root of our problem as we did not depressurize this drying system. So now I want to replace the water filter in this system with an automatic drain filter. where, when it fills up, it pushes it up from the bottom and requires no human maintenance. I gave it 4 stars, at $600 this system must come with an auto drain water separator. I've spent hours figuring out how to automatically shut off the air pressure in the system each night to keep it running properly, but there isn't a device that can be bought that runs on a timer. You can get a 120v solenoid and hook it up to a regular timer, but that requires a constant power supply, which I found very inefficient. .- PEX Maxline Piping, which makes installation very easy.- Replacement of the silica desiccant after about 1 year.- Automatic cleaning system for the bottom of your tank.- Active cooling system to remove water before it enters the tank.
