I bought a triple monitor stand and literally cried over it! I work with accounts payable and it is imperative that I collect these as soon as possible so I can get back to work. Well that obviously didn't happen. Today is the second day and I still haven't assembled it, yesterday I had problems with the missing part and today I still have problems. So far I've installed 1 monitor, the middle screen, my main monitor and it WILL NOT stand up! He's literally just hanging face down on my desk! I seriously tried everything. Oh, and forget about customer service. I was able to get through yesterday but they dropped me off on the phone and now when I call today the VM says I didn't call during normal business hours but they don't tell you what normal business hours are! I'm really that mad. Today is Friday, I called at 8am, 9am and 10am EST and each time was told the same thing that I could not reach them during their normal business hours. So what are your normal business hours? I want my money back! It's terrible!
