Review on ViewSonic VG2449 Ergonomic DisplayPort DaisyChain 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Flicker Free, HD by July Law

I'm literally sweating trying to set up this monitor and it still doesn't work. The monitor comes with a connector and two cables. One cable is USB and the other is, you guessed it, just as good as mine. Let's start with a quick guide that doesn't clearly explain which cable goes where. Basically you have a photo of the back of your monitor and the back of your computer (desktop). In between you have a diagram of different cables but no description of what each cable does and where it goes. It will then show you an image where to paste the plug-in and then proceed to install the installer from the CD. Well it doesn't work. I had to call tech support and tell them that when I turn on the monitor I see the ViewSonic in the center of the screen and then they tell me there is no signal. What does that mean.? I've set up all my computers with no problems, but this is really frustrating. When I speak to tech support, they ask me questions like "Is the connection between the monitor and the computer secure?". No, idiot, I just left her hanging, and I had nothing to do but call you while I was sweating, trying to connect the monitor. She goes back and forth asking me if I have an HDMI cable. Yes, I keep them at home in case I decide to buy your monitor. The rep also told me to contact them as I got the monitor from Revain. Why you might ask? I have no idea how this is supposed to help me as they don't include all the cables needed to connect the monitor. You see, ViewSonic, if a consumer needs an HDMI cable to get their monitor working, don't you think that would be bright? the idea of including this cable, which costs next to nothing, in your kit as well, which is an overpriced monitor? So I ripped the cables out of my computer, turned off that headache and was left with my tired and real original monitor. I have attached a photo of their instructions.
