The projector comes with everything you need to get started with the projector (you get the projector, power adapter, HDMI and RGB cables). The concept of using this projector is relatively simple - pair and adjust the distance to project your favorite movie or screen. In general, the connection process was not that bad. I used HDMI to connect to my MacBook Pro and it was relatively easy. However, the picture quality of this projector is not the best. I'd be generous if I said it's around 720p. I've tried setting the projector up to 6 feet away and using the focus wheel, but even then I couldn't get a clear image. The quality is more like an enhanced 480p video upscaled for the big screen. Looks good, but for the price I would have expected a slightly better picture quality. Even after focusing, the edges still looked blurry/faded. I know it's not what I was projecting on because I have an 80 inch projection screen and I was only 6ft from it so it's definitely a scam. The fan on this unit is also very noisy compared to other models I've used. I understand that it projects an image, but it shouldn't be that loud, so that was a downside for me too. All in all a great concept, but a few issues forced me to snap it to the stars.
