It's quite easy to use, very fast with no time wasted in loading pages or waiting for it to load when using mobile devices. I have been able to make some really cool websites that are not only beautiful but also functional. The customer support is great as well! There has never ever been any problems regarding my account or questions about their service. Sometimes there can be issues if you're trying to add something new/use an old feature they don't currently offer (like custom domains). You'll be fine by just asking them though! They've helped me get rid of all the other website builders out there so far - everyone else was too slow at updating features compared to ACS.
