Great, but not for a small dog!

This is made very well, I bought this because of how long it was and sturdy because my small dog (8lbs) has broken a few other by running too fast and snapping them - unfortunately, he acts like he is pulling a semi truck behind him with this one (super heavy duty) so now I have to find something in between!Also, it has faded over the last month or so, very light orange now.Would purchase for a dog 20lbs or more probably!

Could start to fray or wear out over time with regular use

My dog is about 30 lbs and very high energy. I got this so she would have more freedom to run around at the park. The foam handle is comfortable but not durable. Only after a couple uses it started ripping. I got a replacement but the same thing happened again. The leash does the job though. I ended up having to wear work gloves because when she darts off while I’m trying to rein her in, the leash gives me rope burn.
