Update: I know it's been a long time but I wanted to test this tank and its o-ring free design. Well I can honestly say I was able to minimize leakage by tightening the cap to what I would consider excessive. Unfortunately, I was not able to completely eliminate the leak. The cap had to be screwed on so far that it was difficult to unscrew, but a few drops kept coming out. I like that the bladder is smooth, never accumulated mucus, and never had a plastic taste. Unfortunately, I need a non-leaking bladder. Period. Update: Source Tactical contacted me and said there is no O-ring in this design. They said they would send me a replacement cap hoping that would fix the leak problem. As soon as I get a new cap I will update this review with my findings and then upgrade it to 2 stars based on their customer service. Leaks are crazy. I tried unscrewing the quick fill cap but to no avail, I found that there is no o-ring. I checked my old tanks and they all had an o-ring. So I contacted Source directly and yes they responded quickly but they said the tank didn't have it or need it. I know I didn't mix up the threads, and I know I pulled it as tight as I could. So how do you get two pieces of hard plastic to make a watertight seal?
