I had to drill four 1.5 inch deep holes in hard granite to attach the plate. A drill drilled all 4 holes! Just launch them at a 45 degree angle or he'll jump around. I've found that medium speed works best and stays a little wet with a sprayer. The beats are amazing! I looked for Milwaukee and Diablo for $28 and $22 respectively. I'm glad I went with them!
