I usually use hand thread but because of my arm injury it was too painful. I decided to try them because I could use them with one hand and they claimed they were easy to get between narrow teeth - I have very narrow spaces between my teeth which is my biggest problem with flossing. This product is ok, I can still floss between my teeth but not as easily as with manual flossing. Sometimes the floss breaks when I try to squeeze it between particularly difficult teeth. My teeth seem as clean as they did with my old floss. The mint flavor is pleasant and strong. I will go back to my old manual floss as my hand gets better but for now they are doing the job.
