Whilst the ribbons appear to be of good quality and (so far) work well, they are DEFINITELY NOT NEW. The cassettes I received were made in 2008 according to the markings on the box. While I understand that cassette tapes aren't very popular these days and production is probably going down, I'm not happy about being charged $30 for five 12 year old cassettes. . If I have problems with sticky drums I will definitely update. The tapes don't last long of course, so I'm worried they're over ten years old.
