I just received this basket this week. I needed it because I was staying at the hotel for a few months. The price was right and the product itself is way better than I thought it would be. The height is ok, it's not big but it will hold all the laundry I get dirty between washes. The basket rests on plastic handles but these are covered in fabric and sewn to the bottom of the basket. Velcro closure at top. I stock a slightly larger basket and it's just plastic handles that have torn through the fabric of the basket. The fabric arms lead me to believe that's not going to happen here, so they should last a lot longer in that regard. Also, it has a decent lid that fits into slots. These groves allow me to close the lid and keep light things on it. I love that the headband is cork instead of plastic and the color of the fabric matches my hotel and the color of the house I'm building. Good product.
