Probably best for thicker curtains, but a good to avoid drilling into your wall
I bought these for my daughters' room. They have reasonably thick blackout curtains which need to be tied back to allow any light into their room. I didn't want to drill holdbacks into their wall and found these to be a reasonable solution. The cords/strings on these are significantly longer than I was expecting. I find that I can wrap the string around their curtains three times (which is a little time consuming). Once the magnets are connected these tiebacks work pretty well, the magnets are strong and my girls like the floral theme.
