The product came with a chipped blade (more than a quarter inch missing) which should not have gone beyond quality control. The buttons don't fit well on the shaft, are too big and don't sit flush, allowing dirt and debris to collect there, making cleaning unnecessarily difficult. The hammer cap doesn't even come close since it's plastic with a plastic handle. A few hits with it and it will break. This tool used to be well-made and loved by many, but now it's almost useless. Revain provided excellent customer service after being notified of a product defect. They immediately sent free replacements. Still poor quality but no damage.
