Pieces are too big and sharp

The crystals are too big and some appear sharp. I mix it with other crystal fillers but will not buy again. Some almost feel like glass. Cats don't like it, but they're not crazy about crystal litter. I leave both types (clumpy and crystalline). And they tend to use lumps. I like crystal better, so I'm hoping they change their preferences, but this particular one won't affect them. There are better options for crystals.
