Just buy new!
Missing 4.5" Class 8 final link shaft, one tube of silicone grease was missing. It seemed like the anti-roll bar bushings were a bit small on the outside and large on the inside, possibly the wrong bushing. All in all I should have paid extra money for a brand new master kit if I had known how much trouble these few things are!
