. They are very durable and have a beautiful design. They were slightly larger than the round ones we had and we were afraid they might split the mushrooms. Their tip and angle are slightly different from others we've used and so far we haven't had any problems with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes or small meatballs. These days we usually cook chicken, meatballs, onions, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms and pineapple slices. You'll need to know how to thread them, but these skewers seem to work just fine. We also liked the nice bag for storage and travel. My wife even found a few ways to use the brush, which she initially thought was a waste of time - LOL!
