I like that it automatically moves all email from my old Exchange server into O365 without me having to do anything! It's been great so far but we're still working out some kinks in our implementation process (e.g., setting up rules for auto-importing). We've had no problems thusfar though - everything works as advertised including automatic import/export between mailboxes & calendars across both platforms. If you want an easy migration tool this is one of your best options available today. Our previous IT department was not able or willing to help us migrate emails offsite due to security concerns around storing data outside their network. They were also unable / unwilling to provide access to other third party tools such as CloudMagic which would have helped streamline things further.
