Unbeatable value for money. There may already be viable competitors out there, but I haven't seen them. When I first tried it, the night guards were either awful and very uncomfortable, or they were custom made and cost over $1,000. And since they wear out after a while, they can literally save you thousands of dollars over time. So far this is the most comfortable protection I've tried. Sure, it's still a bit annoying at times, but it's so much better than the headache, toothache, and tooth damage caused by bruxism.
