Review on 🚗 High-Quality Silverado Suburban Avalanche 15153958 15039397: A Compact and Reliable Automotive Solution by Jake Hillyer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fit 2006 Suburban 1500

After nearly 200,000 miles on the old Suburban, it's time to do some chassis upgrades. The original bumpers are still intact but have certainly been affected by age and the North East climate. The easiest way to swap them out is to remove the wheel, take a heavy flathead screwdriver and pry them off. Outside. Place the new ones at an angle and then press (fairly firmly) the new piece into place. It's not difficult, it just takes a little muscle strength. The only oddity for me was that the rear set was about an inch shorter than stock and the front set was an inch longer. However, they seem to be working fine. The quality doesn't seem to be inferior to OEMs so I assume they will last for years. For the price, they're good deals when they do.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Some bugs
