It seems to be from the same area where most hair clippers are made in China. Pros = #1 IPX7 under $30. This is very rare in 5-1 multi-head grooming kits and is the main selling point for me. In addition, most of these kits are not waterproof. IPX7: Can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes. = The base unit has excellent design, it is easy to select the power button. = Great display that shows the remaining battery in %. love the color = uses ceramic blades. It is generally accepted that ceramic blades are the best on the market. They don't get hot at all so are unlikely to warp with wear and they seem to last the longest and remain the sharpest of all blades. On the other hand, ceramic blades are not subject to corrosion. According to the International Barbers Association, they are a pleasure to use. They stay 75 percent cooler than steel blades during extended use because they conduct less heat than steel blades. Many barbers prefer ceramic blades, insisting they offer a smoother, faster cut but break more easily = USB charging for power. USB charging allows charging from solar energy, power stations, power banks, car chargers, laptops, etc. = long battery life of 1 1/2 hours. Usually the lowest value you see in these sets is 1 hour usage. 2000 mAh is incredible, when you only see 600 mAh or 900 mAh. Almost standard = comes with base to accommodate all = different attachments. Some of them you never use. I doubt 1/100 people have ever used a designer trimmer. And a body trimmer only makes sense if you're a "hairy" person. Cons = Not as good as $30+ specialized hair cutting kits with better LCD display = Guide combs are not multi-colored = Some kits like this charge in the base. So you can just use the device to charge = no haircut 0mm like T-blade hair clippers. Overall recommended based on features and price.
