The install is only a few days old so I'll be sure to update if I run into any problems in the future. My house was built in the 40's and it still has all the original old dark painted wood trim, lathes and plaster walls so it still has a 40's "feel" so I was inclined to keep its vintage look. which means using toggle switches and not rectangular sockets. If the light control had three positions, that would be exactly what I need. (If you know of such an item, please let me know.) My only concern is that the fan controller will lose its already somewhat weak tactile feel between stages over time, but I think the quality is worth the price.
