Review on 🖥️ CP3 Case Fans - 120mm 3-Pin Fixed Color High Performance Fans for Gaming PCs (5 Pack) by George Bell

A few years ago I bought some 120mm fans here at Revain that run on 5 volt USB. I use them to cool my PS4 and my Yamaha audio receiver and they do a good job. I've always wondered if 12v fans would work better, but until a recent redesign of my entertainment center, there was no way for me to turn them on. Now that I have the means to power the 12V fans I decided to give them a try. I am currently designing some stands that I will 3D print for these fans, but I am using them connected to a 12 volt wall adapter and am very happy with it. The RGB LED adds a nice personal touch. , and I'm guessing these fans came wire-frameless. I know cages make fans a bit safer, but I'm using fans horizontally on an audio receiver and the cages rattle. This time I will use 3D printed TPU pads. The fans are also quiet and seem to move a little more air than the 5V 120mm fans I've been using, so it's a nice upgrade. However, the included instructions are poorly written. While I successfully guessed that the Molex or JST connectors would drive the fans in parallel, I wasn't sure and tried it on my lab power supply before connecting it to the wall adapter. Poorly written manual aside, I love these fans and while I'm not using them entirely in their intended context, they work well for my needs.
