So I got this thing and I don't know if it's being used or what but it was literally on the verge of running out of storage. For example I have 1.3GB of the 28 that was included. Something is obviously wrong. This laptop was clearly tampered with as all program files were modified on various dates in 2019. I bought this item in 2020. Like I'm not a computer genius, but either this thing was used and refurbished, or the seller I got it from is trying to steal my information. To be honest I can't buy laptops here anymore, no quality checks or anything, that's the second thing I've had problems with. I literally had to buy a 5TB external hard drive just to run additional apps on it. It's too late to send it back in the hope of getting a new one. But next time I'll go straight to the manufacturer. Please note this before purchasing.
