I like how everything is set up in one place, from scheduling appointments to collecting payments! The only thing that could be better would be if it allowed you to use your own payment gateway instead of using Stripe -- This means we can process all our onsite transactions ourselves instead of having to go through Stripe's slow integration period.
It’s easy for customers too! They really enjoy being able to see their Uberflips listed under their upcoming schedule at no additional charge. We have been so happy with this platform because they are very accommodating when things do not work out as planned (i.e., cancelling an event). They help us solve problems with any tech issues that arise during events.
