I'm updating my review: I have previously received the first pair of scissors and have been very happy with the two smaller ones that cut smoothly. However, the larger one was "sticky" and made a slight "kink" in my straight cut line, which I just chose to ignore since the set was so cheap. However, to my surprise, I received an email from the company offering to replace the faulty scissors and even giving me a choice of a different set or a set of two large scissors. I just received a new set of two large scissors and they both work great! Thanks for the great service! And I definitely recommend this company and their services!
