This is my second purchase. I've had Chrome for a long time and am very happy with its performance. First, these are not high-pressure sprayers. So if you or your wife prefer a shower head with a bit of radiance for thicker hair, I wouldn't recommend it. It sprays well it seems to me it was intentional. This second hose purchased unfortunately started to leak around the end cap opposite the end of the hose after only a few months. Still works, but a leak could end up getting things wet, which is not what you intended. I informed Embather what had happened and after they proved the problem they sent a new one quickly and without question. This review is less about the product and more about the customer service. I wanted to thank you for that.
