This amino acid supplement is a complete waste of money .Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as a personal trainer, I can confidently say that the side effects of this product are harmful to one`s health and household. The only pro is the fancy packaging that misleads buyers into thinking that it's the real deal. The cons are many including anxiety nausea, and heart palpitations among others. Stay away from this junk!
