NEW EDITION: Well, I've had it for a while. To be honest a lot of the bumps are gone, whether it was just from sitting here or from using the table all the time I'm not sure. The edges will never be normal, but they will be smoothed out slightly. I'm wondering if you use a blow dryer with all of this, will it go flat? One day when I'm sick of this thing I'll try it as a last try. Upgraded my rating to 3 stars because it actually works at the moment but the curls around the edges and the smell that went away after 3-4 days (and the time it took for this thing to even out ), definitely make it a product that I wouldn't recommend. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It was rolled tightly in the bag and the whole thing was wavy. It's on my desk and the whole page of the notebook has rolled off the table. The top and bottom are so wavy that the pad tilts slightly when moving the mouse, interfering with my mouse movement and causing erroneous clicks. I bought it for work (I work on the computer for about 45-50 hours). per week) and the way I move my mouse has already proven destructive as it is unable to stay level. Also, due to the pandemic I am not comfortable returning an item outside of my home so a refund is unlikely. It looks so awful sitting on my desk. I'm going to leave it flat for the next day or two and see if it gets better, but these wrinkles seem to be permanent and I'm very disappointed. If you're planning on ordering, just hope you get one that hasn't been rolled up for too long as it's completely useless in waves.
