My foot size ranges from US 10-10.5 and B is narrow. I also have flat feet. This is fantastic for my feet! The 10.5 was the best sandal I have ever had (in the past I have often worn Clarks in size 11 which were too big and 10 too small). Since Clark never folded, I tried Keans. I couldn't be happier. They fit me like a glove which makes me think they should be snug. I've been in them all day and really enjoy the feel, airflow, comfort and toe protection. Haven't tried hikes or other stress test environments yet. Can't comment on reliability/durability yet.
