Let me start by saying that I am a stressed driver. My posture is never correct. This is largely a result of one of my chronic illnesses, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Driving can be very painful and difficult. I have this neck pillow to support my neck and keep my shoulders down. He does both fairly effectively. I am very happy with the pillow. I think it's good for any driver. Highly recommended.
