Touch screen- once the item is fully on the watch correctly works great- it gets scuffed easy but I bash my wrist into corners and stuff so that’s mostly my fault for being a klutz- snapping it on can be a bit tricky- the key is making sure the holes are aligned so that the touch screen works properly- but if you ever have to remove this product is where the true difficulty lies. As you see here I had to tear the product apart to get it off my watch- since the surface area to pry it up is so small you can’t easily remove it by hand. I "removed” it with a pair of needle nose pliers. Note to the designer- please include something with this item in the future to help with removal or at least instructions on how to remove it- all I wanted to do was clean the face of the watch and now I need to snap on the second case from the box- it’s a protective case but it is the most difficult "phone” type case I’ve ever removed and the first one I’ve ever had to destroy to get off the device.
