Not too big and not too small.

I have a large cleaver that I like, but it's too big for detailed and thin cuts. I wanted something more durable and larger than Thai Kiwi Paring Knife and this is perfect! More than I thought which is good. Cuts semi-frozen beef like butter. If you work in an Asian restaurant you will love this. I also have a wok and a set of shovels/ladles from the same brand. The quality is absolutely top!
