My original review is below. I had to return my first H2o as it didn't play any music at all. I've been on the second for about a year now and it no longer works with my laptop to transfer new music. Says the USB device is not recognized. I tried six ports on two different laptops. I expect the devices to last more than a year. I can't afford to change that every 11 months. I am annoyed. Easy to transfer music; makes swimming more productive and enjoyable. I've been swimming for decades and feel like my workouts have gotten longer and more rewarding since I've had H2O. And the sound is great. UPDATE: He H2o no longer loads or is recognized by my laptop. I've been using it for about four weeks. Second update. They replaced my MP3 player and it has been working great for a few months now. Very glad I gave it another chance. Excellent customer service.
