I bought one of these at Staples for $99. last week to replace an 18.5 inch version of the same monitor that I thought was too small. I don't know what these other people are complaining about, mine worked great right out of the box. It is ideal for everyday use, such as surfing the Internet and sending emails, the picture is nice and bright, the picture is clear, the colors are good. A couple of small notes: the screen is actually 21.5 inches, the user manual is only on the screen, the buttons are not signed, the vertical viewing angle is somewhat limited (like any other LED monitor for this price though). . In most cases, you don't need to use the included software. Just plug it in, plug in the VGA cable, adjust your video settings and you're good to go. What I like is that the power cord runs right through the back, there's no separate power supply, it's built in.
