I love these solar lights. They arrived just in time for our July 4th party. They were easy to hang under my cedar and gave off just the right amount of light for the atmosphere. I also like that they can be turned off and there are 4 lighting modes: steady, fade in/out, slow blink and fast blink. I particularly like the fade in and fade in settings. The lights don't turn on until after dark, but I've found that I can turn them on at dusk if I cover the solar panel, which is a good option. The bulbs are plastic and should hold up well with minimal maintenance, and they don't get hot, which is very important in dry, fire-prone areas. I don't think you can go wrong with these lights.
