When I first bought this stand I really liked it. I use it to hold my iPad and tablet while recording music. But after about a month, both stands can no longer hold my iPad or tablet. When I first bought the coasters the hinges were very tight which made me happy as I thought the coasters would last a long time. Well now the hinges are very light and loose and can't hold my tablets vertically or horizontally. It's a shame because I really like these stands. My tablets have never fallen out and the adjustability of the stand is great. I only wish they had lasted longer. UPDATE: Will downgrade this to 1 star. Both connections of these stands are completely loose and can no longer hold a single tablet at any volume. The rubber that keeps the tablet from sliding in the clamp peels off, causing the tablet to slip out from time to time. It was great at first, but then they just fell apart in the last few months.
