Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Thumper Mini Pro Percussive Massager - Powerful Electric Handheld Massage Gun for Muscles, Back, Shoulders, Legs, and Arms by Yvette Gonzalez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Well it could have been better.

i really wanted to love this massager but its not as strong as i was hoping. I'm a fairly tall guy at 6ft 3in and 250lbs with a fairly muscular build. I prefer a very hard, slightly painful massage. I just don't find it strong enough for my back and shoulders so I bought it. Per. I won't say it's a bad massager but I expected more for the price. It's pretty good for my calves, feet and forearms and helped a lot with the elbow pain I was having. uncomfortable when you try to use it on your back and when you try to secure it between your back and a chair it just gets tucked in too much. It has 3 speeds but I don't even think about using speed 1 or 2 too hard it will pinch your skin at times which is annoying. The massage heads are quite soft and I wish they were interchangeable because I think that they would be more effective if they were stronger. od, because when I first got it, it overheated after about 15 minutes. I was ready to give it back. Now it usually shuts off in about 30-45 minutes (which is good, but still seems pretty flimsy for a 'professional' massager). I bought it in December 2015 and use it about 4 or 5 days a week, usually until it overheats. It's a relaxing massager and I enjoy using it, but it didn't live up to my expectations. It's good for undoing knots in small muscle groups, but not so good for quads, hamstrings, upper back or shoulders (IMHO). I just wish it was stronger. That being said, my wife is 5ft 5in and about 130lbs and she can't even stand speed 1 but she has never bothered with vibrating and/or percussion massagers.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • something different
