Great. Pros: Easy to set up (aside from updating the firmware). Connects to Ethernet for data and power so there are no Wi-Fi or battery issues. There is no monthly fee for stored videos. Excellent customer care. The picture quality is excellent. It has a record mode and a scare mode (alarm and flash). 4K cameras have two-way audio. Cons: $ to connect ethernet cables to each camera. A quick start guide is included, but for bells and whistles details you'll need to visit Swann's YouTube videos. The automatic firmware update did not install the latest version, which caused push notifications to fail on the Android app. Cust service emailed manual installation and shipping works fine.
