I wouldn't buy this again

Works well but there is always a risk of breaking easily. The main reason I won't be buying it again is that I split a large batch of dough and cooked half in it and half in a 5 liter Staub Dutch oven and the results were exactly the same. Buying this one trick pony has no benefit compared to the brazier you may already have and that you can simply lay out a "loop" of parchment paper to lower and raise the ball of dough without the flour on the baking sheet having to use . Pop up. Very easy cleaning compared to this one (which is also easy to clean but not as easy). That's a great idea, but even if funds were limited I would just buy two Dutch Lodge stoves and use them for that price.

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others
