I have been very happy with this tripod since I opened the box. The included soft case has the nice feature that it can be expanded to hold a head and tripod. The only thing I didn't like about this tripod was the locking mechanism on the pan tray to level the camera. A week after purchase, I noticed that iFootage was offering a $20 upgrade that offered a buckle lock instead of the included twist lock. The buckle is 100 times better than the one that comes with the kit. iFootage clearly knows this is a problem and would like it just replaced at the factory rather than making you pay for something to fix it. Once the new item was installed I would give it 5 stars as it is amazing now!
